The California Highway Patrol arrested a man after a dangerous and illegal joyride through San Francisco with a pack of dirt bike riders, and are looking for other members of the group.

San Francisco resident Ronet Sanidad, 28, was arrested Sunday after CHP officers spotted a group of eight to 10 dirt bikes being ridden wildly through city streets.

The bikers were running through stop signs and red lights, blocking traffic, riding on the sidewalks and without helmets, according to the CHP.

“It can be very frustrating because you can see violations being done, but at the same time, sometimes when you’re in a patrol car or even a motorcycle, it’s very hard to stop these highly mobile riders who really have no regard for the law,” CHP Officer Vu Williams said.

The bikers rode away when CHP officers tried to stop them, but were tracked by a CHP aircraft equipped with a high-powered camera.

Sanidad was arrested after he was tracked to Gould Street and Paul Avenue in the Bayview District, where he rode into a grassy area, hid his bike behind a vehicle and attempted to hide himself under a parked vehicle and shed

He may be fast on the field, but not fast enough to slip past me as he left the county jail. We were the only ones to talk to him as he was released.

Brock’s arrest put the Niners on the spot again over whether the player can stay with team after others were released after their arrests.

Santa Clara police say the report of domestic violence brought them to a cluster of townhouses on Headen Way about 9:35 p.m. Thursday. Officers say the woman who had called police had visible injuries and was in a dating relationship with Brock.

A mugshot of Brock was taken when he was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for felony domestic violence.
