Omaha, Nebraska-based real estate agent Dirk Blume has been charged with second-degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony after he ran over Seth Hansen, a 40-year-old clerk at Speedee Mart, a local gas station.
According to a report by the Omaha World-Herald, Blume stopped by Speedee Mart at 12:30 a.m. on Jan. 7 to buy a pack of chewing tobacco. Hansen told Blume he couldn’t sell him a pack since the store was closed. The two men began to argue, and Blume drove off in his pick-up truck.
